Servicing with Ford
Eligible customers, know the most you will pay for each of the first four general services. General services do not include ‘Additional Scheduled Maintenance Items’ that may be required, such as brake fluid replacement, tyre rotations and air conditioner check. These items will be at an additional cost when needed, please contact Hillis Ford for further information.

Pre-Paid Service Plans
A flexible and convenient way to manage your servicing costs. If you are a Retail or Blue Fleet customer and have purchased an MY22 (or later) diesel Ranger, petrol Ranger Raptor or diesel Everest, pay in advance to lock in the price of your service. The prepaid service plan costs $1,200 (including GST) total, which covers the first four general services up to 4 years or 60,000kms, whichever comes first1.
Ranger
If your vehicle is an MY2022 or later, the most an eligible customer will pay is $329* for the first four general services for up to 4 years or 60,000kms, whichever occurs first.
Ranger Raptor
If your vehicle is an MY2022 or later, the most an eligible customer will pay is $329* for the first four general services for up to 4 years or 60,000kms, whichever occurs first.
Everest
If your vehicle is an MY2022 or later, the most an eligible customer will pay is $329* for the first four general services for up to 4 years or 60,000kms, whichever occurs first.
Escape
If your vehicle is an MY2023.25 or later, the most an eligible customer will pay is $329* for each of the first four general services for up to 4 years or 60,000 km’s, whichever comes first.
Escape PHEV
If your vehicle is an MY2023.25 or later, the most an eligible customer will pay is $329* for each of the first four general services for up to 4 years or 60,000 km’s, whichever comes first.
Puma
If your vehicle is an MY2023.25 or later, the most an eligible customer will pay is $329* for each of the first four general services for up to 4 years or 60,000 km’s, whichever comes first.
Mustang
If your vehicle is an MY2023.25 or later, the most an eligible customer will pay is $329* for the first four general services for up to 4 years or 60,000kms, whichever occurs first.
Mustang Mach E
7 Year General Service pricing is available in the Service Price Calculator. Service intervals may require additional service parts to be replaced.
Mustang MACH 1
If your vehicle is an MY2021 or later, the most an eligible customer will pay is $299* for each of the first four general services for up to 4 years or 60,000 km’s, whichever comes first.
Focus ST-X
If your vehicle is an MY2022.5 or later, the most an eligible customer will pay is $329* for the first four general services for up to 4 years or 60,000kms, whichever occurs first.
Transit Custom
If your vehicle is an MY2021.25 or later, the most an eligible customer will pay is $399~ for each of the first four general services for up to 4 years or 120,000 km’s, whichever comes first.
E Transit
